Limitations

Currently the live event has some limitations that wil change over time.

One concurrent event channel per input

It is currently only possible to create one concurrent event channel per input. Since the event channel is handling both the recording and the packaging it means that all events using an input at the same time will have the same characteristics such as encrypted versus not encrypted.

Max length for event channel

There is a max length for a live event (channel). The exact value might change over time but if you plan to have events longer than 12 hours you should talk to your customer representative on RedBee.
