Exporting Data

There are several ways of exporting data from our system:

• Using the Analytics API (for any/aggregated data)
• Using the Export API (for larger raw data dumps)
• Using the Insights Exports (for your explorations marked as an export and our predefined exports)
• Using the Insights Exploration tool (for any/aggregated data with the help of a UI)

Using the APIs

If you want to automatically export data from our system, integrate with your own system or fetch larger raw data dumps then using the APIs is the way to go. Here you can find all the information you need about the Analytics API and Export API.

Using the Insights Exports

If you want to manually export data from our system in the form of a CSV or XLS using your explorations marked as exports or our predefined exports then the Customer Portal Insights Exports is the way to go. You can find more in detail information under Insights > Exports

Using the Insights Exploration tool

If you want to manually export data from our system in the form of a CSV or XLS using your own data selection then the Customer Portal Insight Exploration is the way to go. You can find more in detail information under Insights > Exploration.
